Professor Harayda obtained his Bachelors and Masters of Science degree (where he was a graduate summa cum laude) from Southern Connecticut State University. He is also a 2006 graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law. In 2009, he earns a masters in Library and Information Science from Simmons college, where he was a national honor society member (Beta Phi Mu).

Currently, Professor Harayda is the Director of Technology at the Massachusetts School of Law. He is also currently teaching Case Strategies and Preparation. He also coaches the Massachusetts School of Law Black Law Student Association and The American Association for Justice (AAJ) Trial Advocacy Team.
