Massachusetts State Senator Steven A. Baddour
and Richard J. D'Agostino, Esq.


Senator Baddour received his B.A., University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth; and his Juris Doctorate Degree at Massachusetts School of Law in 1996. He currently is a state senator representing the First Essex County, including Haverhill, Newburyport, Amesbury, Merrimac, Methuen, North Andover, precincts 1, 4, 6 and 8, and Salisbury.

Richard D'Agostino received his Juris Doctorate Degree at Massachusetts School of Law in 1996. He currently has his own private practice and is the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Lawrence Law Department.

John F. Lakin, Esq.

John Lakin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College in 1983 in Political Science and History. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Massachusetts School of Law in 1990. He has been lead counsel in several Federal Court trials in Boston, MA and Tampa, FL. John is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates, limited to trial lawyers who have achieved a $1,000,000.00 verdict or settlement.

Carmel A. Gilberti, Esq.

Carmel Gilberti received her Bachelor of Science degree at State University of New York at Brockport in 1978. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree at Massachusetts School of Law in 1994. Her area of practice is: Zoning Law; Real Estate Litigation; Trust Litigation; Probate Litigation; Contested Wills; and Guardianship.
