Timothy R. Cagle is an assistant professor of law. He teaches Medical Malpractice,
Torts, Evidence, and Negotiation in the Legal Context.
He advises MSLAW's highly successful ATLA team by
teaching expert witness direct and cross examination
techniques. In addition, each spring he conducts
a medical malpractice in-house clinic, in which
qualified students assist him on actual cases. He
is a graduate of Kansas State College and Suffolk
University Law School. He has practiced law for
many years, concentrating in plaintiffs’ personal
injury litigation, including medical malpractice
and products liability. He previously taught as
an adjunct faculty member at Massachusetts School
of Law before joining the full-time faculty. |
