Animal law is a broad and rapidly expanding field and is an integral part of  social policy and the law. 

The course provides diverse examples of cases and circumstances in which the unique aspects of animals and law converge and should stimulate thought about recurrent animal law themes.

This course will cover such issues as Animal Rights, Cruelty to Animals, Animal Law, Protection of Animals, Animal Protection, Animal Cruelty, Animal Liberation, Animal Concerns, Animal Control, the current status of rights of animals, differnt state laws that affect animal rights, and much more.
