Professor Harayda obtained his Bachelors and Masters of Science degree (where he was a graduate summa cum laude) from Southern Connecticut State University. He is also a 2006 graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law.

Currently, Professor Harayda is the Director of Technology at the Massachusetts School of Law. He is also currently teaching Case Strategies and Preparation. He also coaches the Massachusetts School of Law Black Law Student Association Trial Advocacy Team.
