After a one year hiatus the Massachusetts Court of Appeals will, once again, be holding oral arguments at the law school on Thursday, November 5th. As in the past, we are scheduled to have the justices here for a light breakfast prior to the sitting and they will remain after arguments for a lunch with students and staff. This year, there will be a few additional safety protocols. There will be tables at either side of the courtroom where you will need to check in before you enter. We can give the court officer a list of names but they will check ID’s. If you could, let us know if you will be in attendance.
Also, as in the past, we need to provide a headcount to the caterer for breakfast and lunch, so please RSVP here.
