Paula Colby-Clements is an assistant professor of law and Director of the Writing, Research, and Trial Advocacy program, a second-semester course. She also teaches Legal Ethics, Human Resource Law and Writing and Legal Advocacy. She is the Director of Academic Services and Career Development. Professor Colby-Clements has been a lawyer since 1997. She started her career as a business manager for a subsidiary of Mobil Chemical, worked for the Committee for Public Counsel Services handling criminal appeals, and practices in the areas of contract law, employment law, probate law and estate planning. She is a Partner at DACC LAW, PLLC in Andover. She holds her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Lowell and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Massachusetts School of Law.
